Our Team

Our team consists of young recruits from all over Nepal who put up their best efforts for customer satisfaction. Many of our guides have made numerous climbs on different peaks of Nepal while others are more devoted in rural treks that expose the visitor to the real Nepal.

Owner & Managing Director : Mr. Hari Dharel is in charge of the daily operations of the office and moreover, he deals with all the correspondence to the customers. He has been in the tourism industry for over 18 years and he is also involved in various social works.

Director : Mrs. Renu Dharel looks after overall management, guides and coordinates in-house staff.

Manager : Mr. Sumit Kunwar has more than 10 years experience in tourism. He plans, coordinates and manages the tours. In addition, he is responsible for the day to day administration and management

Business co-ordinator : Mr. Chhewang N. Lama looks after the corporate marketing and website management of the organization. He is besides working towards developing, organizing and promoting company in many other fields.

Field & Operation Incharge : Mr. Pramod kunwar is the head incharge of all the basic accessories and looks after all the equipments essential for trekking and climbing.

Senior guide: Mr. Roshan Subedi has over 17 years experience in the field. Moreover, he is involved in non-profitable organization (Roshan’s friend) in order to provide support to underprivileged children at rural places.

Accountant: Mr. Roshan Subba Lechharbo keeps track of payments, financial positions, transfers of capital or income for individual or institutional clients and is also responsible for examining the tax implications.

Tour/Trekking Guide: Mr. Raju Shrestha is trekking and tour guide. He spends half his time trekking and the other half guiding people through Kathmandu?s narrow alleys.

Climbing Guide: Mr. Mingmar Sherpa is a longserving member of Highlander Climbing Sherpa Team. He has climbed eight thousand meter peaks and is well known for his strength and experience on climbing.

Climbing Guide: Mr. Pemba Sherpa has climbed numerous peaks and is one of our experienced climbing guides.

Some of our trekking Guides: Mr. Rajesh Dharel, Mr. Ram Sharan Kharel, Mr. Thaman Singh Tamang, Mr. Pasang Sherpa, Mr.Bhadra Thapa.

All of our guides are friendly, with great patience and leadership skills and has a lot of experience. They are all aware of the tourism impacts on the resources and environment and thus, follow responsible and sustainable tourism practice.

Right from the beginning, all of our cooks have worked with us and so far, they have been able to satisfy our customer with their cookery skills. They all can produce an array of appetizing western cuisine as well our own Nepali ‘ Dal-Bhat’ from their simple, yet efficient cook tent. Further, they all train and guide new Kitchen staffs.
